Bought my first house with Kaden recently and now I've got a realtor for as long as he's in the game. I work a 14/14 shift and when I was away at work I was very anxious about buying a house because every minute I was gone, houses my wife and I liked were flying off the shelves. Kaden handled everything for me while I was away. We were getting really discouraged because of how tough the market was/is and we had our first child on the way so getting into a house was crucial. Kaden paved the whole way for us making it extremelly easy and less stressful. He's a cool guy and gets along with everyone! Whenever I need a question answered he had an answer and if he didn't he found it with no hesitation. 10/10 would recommend to any first time home buyer!

We found Kaden through a friend, he was very fast with his responses and thanks to that we managed to get a townhouse in this very difficult market. He never gave up on us, even when we said we were gonna wait a few more months he always kept us updated with the latest listing's. Great guy to work with i will definitely recommend him to friends and i will call him the next time I'm looking to buy or sell a home.

Highly Recommended for either SELLING OR BUYING A HOUSE! I did saw his FB post with video while talking about all good Features of the house. I was so interested about it and I reached out with him no hesitation and talk about the process of selling my Property at Blackfalds. He guide me what need to do to make it to easy to sell the place and I followed all the step. Only 8 hours in the market and this guy sold my place right away.
